"Good range of nic strengths"
I really like that ninja-vapes.co.uk gives you a proper choice of nicotine strengths instead of just the standard one or two options. It makes it much easier to pick something that actually feels right, especially if you already know what you’re looking for.

I ordered a few different strengths to test out and the whole thing was simple from start to finish. Definitely handy for someone like me who tends to switch between strengths now and then.

My order was spot on and everything came exactly how I expected. Not sure, but it kind of felt like they took a little extra care putting it together. Either way, I was happy with it.

"Fast delivery, slightly confusing tracking"
I ordered from ninja-vapes.co.uk and it turned up way quicker than I expected, sure it was next day or close to it. The packaging was decent too, nothing fancy but absolutely fine. Weirdly, the tracking didn’t really keep up, which had me thinking it might be delayed, even though the delivery itself was basically spot on. So I’m torn, really happy with how fast it arrived, but the updates could definitely be better. Still, a solid 4 stars from me.

"Pretty good prices overall"
I checked a few other sites before ordering, and this one was cheaper for the stuff I ended up getting. Nothing super fancy or anything, but it felt like a decent deal and not one of those places where everything is weirdly marked up. If the prices stay around this range, I’d probably use them again.

I ordered from ninja-vapes.co.uk and my payment went through without any problems, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, I personally would’ve liked a few more payment options. I usually prefer using PayPal or sometimes buy now, pay later, so it felt a little limited compared to other sites I use. It wasn’t a major issue in the end, just not quite as convenient for me.

"Made picking the right coils way less confusing"
I wasn’t totally sure which pods would fit my device, and I was already overthinking it while sitting at my kitchen table with the old box in front of me. Their guide actually made it really clear, so I ended up ordering the right ones the first time. No guessing, no returns, just worked out easily.

"Packaging was really well done"
It arrived in a nice sturdy little box and everything inside was wrapped properly. No leaks, nothing crushed, and it didn’t look like it had been tossed around in transit. The packaging was simple and plain too, which I actually prefer. Maybe a tiny scuff on the outside of the box, but that’s nothing to worry about. Overall, really happy with how it was packed.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried ordering from ninja-vapes.co.uk and the checkout really put me off. It kept glitching while I was entering my details, and at one point I couldn’t even tell if my payment had gone through or not. I went back and tried again, but after messing around with it for a while I just gave up. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering somewhere else because it’s way more stressful than it needs to be.

I had to sort out a warranty swap and it was painless. I think I contacted them one day and it was sorted the next, or maybe it all happened the same day and I’m mixing it up, but either way it was quick and easy.

I checked the safety info before buying because I really don’t have the patience to hunt around a website for basic stuff like that. Luckily, it was all easy to find, and the nicotine warnings, age information, and general vape advice were written clearly without making it a chore.

It felt like they weren’t trying to bury the boring but important details, which I appreciated. Made me feel a lot more confident using the site, that’s all I wanted. 5 stars from me

"Good value overall"
I’ve ordered from Ninja Vapes a few times now, the discount codes make it feel worthwhile. Some of the promotions could be explained a bit more clearly, but the prices are generally decent and my deliveries have been fine. Overall, I’d say it’s good value for the money.
